Hengchang Garment Accessories is a B2B manufacturer specializing in garment accessories including but not limited to hang tags, woven labels, printed labels, packaging materials, self-adhesive labels, and waistbands. We provide OEM/ODM services to clothing brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide.

3. Orders and Quotations

• Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and exchange rates.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQ varies by product type and will be specified in each quotation. Standard MOQ starts from 3,000 pieces.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and agreed deposit payment.
• Customization: Custom designs, sizes, and specifications must be clearly communicated and approved before production begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.
• Payment Methods: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) bank wire, PayPal, and other agreed payment methods.
• Price Adjustments: Prices may be subject to adjustment based on raw material fluctuations, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

5. Samples

• Sample production typically takes 5-7 working days.
• Sample costs may apply and will be specified in the quotation.
• Sample approval is required before mass production begins.
• Approved samples serve as the quality reference standard for bulk orders.

6. Production and Delivery

• Lead Time: Production lead time is calculated based on order quantity and will be confirmed at order placement. Typical lead time is 10-20 working days.
• Shipping: Goods can be shipped via air freight, sea freight, or express courier based on customer preference and urgency.
• Incoterms: Default shipping terms are FOB or CIF, subject to negotiation.
• Delays: We will notify customers promptly of any anticipated delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Quality Assurance

• We maintain strict quality control processes throughout production.
• Third-party inspection services are supported upon customer request.
• Products will match approved samples within acceptable industry tolerances.
• Quality inspection reports can be provided upon request.

8. Returns and Claims

• Claims Period: Quality claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving goods, accompanied by photos and detailed descriptions.
• Defective Products: For manufacturing defects, we will provide replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion after verification.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Exclusions: Claims arising from improper storage, handling, or use are not covered.

9. Intellectual Property

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any logos, designs, or trademarks submitted for production.
• We will not reproduce customer designs for third parties without authorization.
• All content on our website, including images and text, is protected by copyright.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of customer information, designs, and business details. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request. We will not share customer information with competitors or unauthorized third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hengchang Garment Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or utility failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
